Lake Country Addition and Update

This was a fun, unique project. The clients owned a tired 1980's build on your lot home and wished to update to make it their perfect retirement home. We gutted and updated the original 960 sqft. home and added new space to increase the size to 2,414 square feet, and gave the new plan a modern farmhouse feel. 

Single Story to Two Story Expansion

This client loved their home, had great neighbors, and great schools, but needed more room. Rather than sell and move their existing single story traditional home was renovated and redesigned into a larger Two Story design which met the needs of their growing family.

Wharton County Custom Home

A Unique Storage Solution

This client needed a discreet entrance to an under stair storage area. This solution provided just that, with movable cabinetry which gives no clue to the storage area behind it. This is a great solution for hiding gun safes and other valuables.
