This was a fun, unique project. The clients owned a tired 1980's build on your lot home and wished to update to make it their perfect retirement home. We gutted and updated the original 960 sqft. home and added new space to increase the size to 2,414 square feet, and gave the new plan a modern farmhouse feel.
